Wellness Orientation

We’ll meet at a café or a smoothie bar to discuss your personal history, goals, and current wellness level, and then we’ll devise a unique plan to help you work toward and accomplish your goals.

 

Home Habit Makeover

We’ll give a “Feng Shui” makeover to your residence, which will include rearranging your kitchen to promote healthier eating, creating a designated workout area to get you motivated to move, and generally adjusting your home in a way that discourages bad habits and promotes healthy ones.

Introduction to the Gym

For those who are intimidated by crowded fitness facilities, whether it be from the social anxiety of being in a room full of strangers, the awkwardness of not knowing how to utilize the equipment, or the fear of being stared at and judged for violating etiquette. We’ll schedule a time to go together, so I can show you the ropes and help you meet new people.
