The ChiRevival Philosophy

Most of us aren’t nurturing ourselves in a way that brings us true well-being. We aren’t moving enough, communicating enough, getting outside enough, or even breathing enough. Many of us know this, and upon acknowledging our lack of wholeness, we embark on a journey towards fitness. However, we may focus too much on, and become attached to, our physical fitness, which often leads to us depriving ourselves in the name of “health.” Though those gym junkies and diet fanatics may look good, something is usually missing from their lives. Behind those six-pack abs may lie chronic indigestion, and beneath those pronounced lats, persistent back pain. A healthy-looking body does not equate to a truly healthy body, and it certainly doesn’t make for a healthy mind or a healthy life.

The process of developing complete wellness should be integrative, safe, and enjoyable. We should seek to engage in healthful activities and practices that take us out of our comfort zones to build vigor of the body, fortitude of the mind, and impenetrability of the spirit. We should be focusing not only on our physical health, but on our mental, spiritual, and social health as well. Our services and retreats will provide you with the time, space, resources, and guidance to do just that.
